1. WHAT DOES THIS PRIVACY POLICY MEAN?

This Privacy Policy (hereinafter – Privacy Policy) defines the main rules and conditions for the processing of personal data that must be followed by all visitors of the websites managed by REALCO group companies listed below (hereinafter – REALCO), namely: www.bc-hero.lt, www.realco.lt, https://www.golife.lt/, https://baltupis.lt/, https://vileisio27.lt/, https://algirdo3.lt/, www.ocean11.es (hereinafter – the Website); individuals who have taken active actions on REALCO social media accounts; individuals who have agreed to receive REALCO marketing materials; individuals participating in REALCO events; candidates participating in REALCO job recruitment processes (hereinafter – Clients).

A Client is considered to have reviewed and expressed consent to comply with the Privacy Policy when they visit the Website, interact with REALCO social media accounts, agree to receive REALCO direct marketing messages, apply for a job at REALCO, or participate in REALCO events. Clients who do not agree with any provision of the Privacy Policy lose the right to visit the Website, apply for a job at REALCO, or take active actions on REALCO social media accounts.

3. WHAT IS PERSONAL DATA?

Personal Data refers to any information collected by REALCO about a Client that can be used to identify the Client and is stored electronically or by other means.

Personal Data includes any information such as the Client’s name, surname, address, email address, and phone number that REALCO collects for the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy or in a separate Client consent or agreement with REALCO.

These data also include publicly available personal information about Clients that REALCO may access when Clients contact REALCO through social media or take active actions on REALCO social media accounts.

 

4. HOW REALCO COLLECTS AND USES CLIENTS’ PERSONAL DATA

REALCO requires Clients’ personal data, which may be collected in the following ways. The Privacy Policy outlines what to expect when REALCO collects personal data about:

  • Individuals who agree to receive REALCO marketing materials;
  • Individuals who contact REALCO;
  • Visitors of the Website;
  • Social media users who contact REALCO via REALCO social media accounts or actively engage with them;
  • Individuals participating in REALCO events;
  • Job candidates.

 

5. DIRECT MARKETING

Direct marketing is carried out only for individuals who are at least 16 years old.

For direct marketing purposes, REALCO will process the following personal data: name, surname, phone number, and email address.

Individuals who have provided their contact details and expressed interest in receiving information about REALCO properties, services, or real estate investment opportunities will receive offers regarding REALCO services, property acquisitions, or investments via electronic communication (email, SMS, etc.), as well as newsletters and other promotional materials. REALCO may also request feedback on services, purchased properties, and share news updates.

Your data for direct marketing purposes will be used for one year after receiving consent and will then be deleted.

You have the right to opt out of receiving direct marketing messages at any time by contacting us via email at privatumas@realco.lt.

 

6. CONTACTING US

The Website provides several ways to contact REALCO. All messages are received, reviewed, and responded to directly by us. If you contact us via email, we will process the following data: your name, surname, email address, and message text. If you contact us via a contact form on the Website, we will process your personal data: name, phone number, email, and message text.

These data will be processed to prepare for contract execution or to respond to your inquiries. If you do not provide your contact details, we will not be able to contact you.

Please note that email monitoring or blocking software may be used, and you must ensure that your emails do not contain unlawful content.

Correspondence is stored for five years from the date of receipt, or ten years if you purchase real estate developed by REALCO, unless other retention periods are specified in the Privacy Policy or legal acts.

If you contact us by phone, with your consent, the conversation may be recorded. Recordings are made to ensure high-quality customer service and an objective review of complaints. The following data will be stored: the phone number you call from and the conversation recording. For quality assurance, this information is stored for 30 days and then deleted. For complaint handling purposes, data is stored for four years.

All personal data you provide when communicating with us is used solely for the above-mentioned purposes and to manage communication flow. We commit not to use your personal data in any publications in a way that would allow identification without your explicit consent.

Please note that we may contact you by mail, email, or phone. If your personal data changes, please inform us immediately.

7.2. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

9. PARTICIPATION IN REALCO EVENTS

With your consent, your participation, name, surname, and photo may be used to inform the public about REALCO events. Your photos taken at REALCO events may be published on REALCO social media accounts and the Website with your consent.

Media representatives may publish your photos only in compliance with applicable laws, but REALCO is not responsible for the actions of media representatives.

Photos will be published and stored for two years after the event unless legally required otherwise.

 

10. PARTICIPATION IN RECRUITMENT PROCESSES

We collect and process your CV, cover letter, and other information you provide during recruitment solely for employment selection purposes, based on your consent, which you express by sending your CV to us or an employment agency.

If you do not submit your CV and/or cover letter, we will not be able to assess your suitability for the offered position.

If you do not give separate consent for us to store your personal data after the recruitment process, we will delete or destroy your personal data within five business days after signing an employment contract with the selected candidate.

 

11. DISCLOSURE OF DATA

We may disclose your data to our employees, managers, intermediaries, service providers, or subcontractors if reasonably necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.

Additionally, we may disclose your data:

  • If required by law;
  • To protect our rights or interests (including providing your data to third parties for debt collection);
  • If we intend to sell part of REALCO’s business or assets, disclosing your data to potential buyers;
  • If REALCO’s business or a significant part of its assets is sold to third parties;
  • To third parties providing marketing services in online search programs, social networks, etc. These third parties have their own privacy policies, and you can object to data processing at any time under their policies.

Your personal data will not be transferred to third countries or international organizations.

We do not disclose your personal data to third parties, except in cases specified in this Privacy Policy.

14. YOUR RIGHTS

REALCO will provide information about actions taken in response to your request within one month of receipt. If the request is complex or we receive multiple requests, this period may be extended by two months, in which case we will inform you within one month.

 

15. COMPLAINTS

If you believe that your rights as a data subject have been or may be violated, please contact us at privatumas@realco.lt. Upon receiving your complaint, we will respond within a reasonable timeframe and inform you about the complaint review process and outcome.

If the outcome is unsatisfactory, you may submit a complaint to the State Data Protection Inspectorate.

 

16. LIABILITY

You are responsible for ensuring that the data you provide is accurate, correct, and complete. If your data changes, you must inform us immediately by updating it in the registration form or by notifying us via email. We are not liable for any damages resulting from incorrect or incomplete data provided by you or for failure to update your data.

 

17. CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY

We may update or change this Privacy Policy at any time. The updated Privacy Policy will take effect from the date of its publication on the Website. You should check it periodically to ensure you are satisfied with the current version.
